About Me

Casey received her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Fall 2021.  She is APC eligible and NCC eligible. Casey has over a decade of working with children and families in a variety of environments. Her interest in pursuing a career in counseling started while working at Hillside Inc. which is a multi-care mental health facility that specializes in working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic capacity that helps youths achieve while teaching their families the skills to help support their child’s journey.

She is thrilled to be working with children, adolescents, families, and adults at Family Counseling Associates of North Georgia. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds including various ages, cultures, and belief systems. Her approach to counseling includes offering a safe space for her clients to authentically be themselves to discover who they are and what they need to achieve peace of mind. Her goal in counseling is to teach people into finding healthy ways of communicating with others while helping them find methods of coping with the demands of life in a therapeutic and positive way.
