We offer Individual Counseling Services which includes one on one professional counseling with a trained counselor. Sessions are either in person, virtual or on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour.

We offer Trauma Counseling Services  which may include EMDR from a trained EMDR Therapist. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a form of psychotherapy.

We have several Spanish speaking Counselors on staff who are trained in multicultural counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Grief and loss counseling is offered for any age and any population. We have several highly trained Clinicians on staff who specialize in grief work.

We offer professional counseling services specially designed for men facing challenging men's issues like anger, depression, anxiety and PTSD.

We currently offer specific tests to determine any further need for diagnosis or counseling. We have ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, OCD, Parenting, Couples and Autism Spectrum Disorder testing available.

We offer Pre-Teen and Teen Counseling Services and have many Clinicians on staff who are trained to work with Adolescents using Creative Expressive Modalities in any of our 10 specialized rooms for ages 10 years and up.

AutPlay Therapy is a behavioral play-based treatment approach to working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

We offer earlier times for children to be seen for Play Therapy which is the preferred counseling treatment for children ages 3 year to 10 years old.

If you just started dating or have been married for years, we can develop a couples counseling treatment plan just for you.

If you are going through infidelity or the like, we have couples intensive counseling specialized toward the needs of your relationship.
