Hailey Rae Lamkin MSW, LMSW

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. She later went on to receive her Master of Social Work degree from Walden University in 2021. Hailey strives to create an environment where clients feel accepted, heard, and supported. Her clinical interest is with children and adolescents, working in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and peer-relationships. Helping client’s see their worth, capabilities, and strengths is what drives Hailey’s work in therapy. She is client-focused and meets clients where they are, helping them to identify goals and develop coping skills to lead to a happier and healthier life. She uses a variety of theoretical approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. 

Hailey has experience working with trauma issues, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse and neglect. She has worked in the fields of foster care and adoption and has a passion for serving families in these areas and helping them cope with the joys and challenges of fostering and adopting. She is trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention and uses this in her work with children and parents.
