Aparnna graduated from the University of Miami with a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling. She has volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem in the past.
Her passion is in working with adolescents, adults, and families. She believes in a holistic, safe, and non-judgmental environment to foster healing and growth. She believes that everyone has the inner strength and potential to grow to their fullest extent. Her areas of clinical interest are depression, anxiety, communication skill building, anger management, sexual abuse, trauma, and gender issues. She is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Trained and plans to pursue Certification in Trauma and Transgender Care.
She is a member of Licensed Professional Counselor Association of Georgia and ACA (American Counseling Association). She is under supervision of Dr. Amanda.
