Chloie Eberhard,
MS, NCC
Hello :) Welcome! My name is Chloie Eberhard. I am someone who takes a warm, grounded, and holistic approach to therapy. I primarily work with older adolescents and young adults, supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, and emotional regulation. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strengths, develop healthy boundaries, and build self-compassion during some of life’s most vulnerable seasons.
My approach is integrative and includes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal-informed care, along with mindfulness-based practices. I believe healing occurs when both the mind and body are honored, and I often incorporate grounding techniques, breathwork, and present-moment awareness to help clients feel safe, regulated, and empowered.
Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as they are. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership and walk alongside my clients as they gain insight, confidence, and the tools needed to create lasting change.
Chloie is under the Supervision of Dr. Amanda Slaughter Ed.D, LPC, RPT-S, CPCS
