About Me
Sue is an Associate Licensed Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She also holds a Masters degree in education and is a 3 0 year veteran of the Gwinnett County Public Schools. Sue enjoys working with adults, couples, and families going through difficult times and family changes. She has a passion for helping people heal and embrace their new normal after a loss. She is a trained Survivor of Suicide (SOS) support group facilitator and advocates for suicide awareness and prevention through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the SAMs Hope Foundation. Sue also finds joy providing support, resources, and hope to individuals and families going through the challenges of divorce and blending families. Sue is a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCA-GA). Sue is supervised by Christina Lorenz-Hansen.
