About Me

Mandy is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a strong commitment to supporting mental health and personal growth across all stages of life. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

Mandy’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and awareness. She integrates evidence-based practices with somatic and expressive therapies to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Through psychoeducation and a focus on the mind-body connection, Mandy empowers clients to better understand their internal experiences and develop tools that foster resilience and self-compassion.

Before becoming a counselor, Mandy spent over a decade as an educator in the Orange County Public School System in Orlando, Florida. This background gives her a unique ability to connect with clients of all ages and to understand the complex pressures that can arise in school, family, and work environments.

Mandy earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. She continues to engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in the counseling field.

She is an active member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA), and is honored to belong to the Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society and the Rho Eta Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota International Counseling Honor Society. Mandy is an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in Georgia, working under the supervision of Lauren Greenway as she completes the requirements for full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
