Rachel has an immense passion for wanting to help people live to their upmost potential. She aims to work with her clients through a holistic lens pulling from Narrative Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and additional creative outlets where clients can rewrite their unique stories by reframing their thoughts to support growth and change. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is imperative for successful outcomes and strives to ensure her clients have a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space where their voices are heard and validated.

Rachel has a special interest in working with adolescents, young adults, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, body image, communication, eating disorders, inter- and intrapersonal relationships, self-esteem, stress and more. She believes in leading her clients to resiliency and resolution and aspires to do so by guiding them along their healing journey, instilling hope that change is possible, and helping them reach their desired goals.

She is currently an Intern for Family Counseling of North Georgia and is under the supervision of Della.
