My Story
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master student studying at Liberty University. I am currently in my practicum study dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space. I believe in empowering my clients to find their story and voice. Through a holistic lens, I believe my clients possess the ability to foster their own resilience. I am also dedicated to the well-being of my clients and cater the counseling session based on my clients’ needs. I have a passion to work alongside children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with anxiety, body image, self-esteem issues, and career building. Narrative therapy is the approach I take in counseling by collaborating with my clients in understanding their subjective views which gives them the freedom to re-write their stories for growth and healing.
Abigail is supervised by Dr. Amanda Slaughter.
