About Me
Hi, I’m Eshani — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at FCANG. I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can truly be yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward growth and balance.
I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and couples. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years working with kids and teens as a babysitter, camp counselor, tutor, and dance instructor. Those experiences taught me how important connection, patience, and understanding are—especially during times of transition and change. Over the past two years, I’ve also had the privilege of working with couples under the supervision of Dr. Amanda and Dr. Thurber, helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection.
In sessions, I value mindfulness, authenticity, and a down-to-earth approach. I believe that therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. Together, we’ll focus on helping you build insight and learn practical tools you can carry into your daily life.
My approach is holistic—I often integrate traditional therapeutic techniques with principles of wellness and Ayurvedic healing, a practice I studied with mentors in India. Every person is different, so I take the time to personalize therapy for each client’s unique goals and background.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and compassion—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
