My Story
Robin received her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in August of 2014 and began working as an individual and group therapist in community mental health. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology and has completed post-graduate classes through JFK University for mental performance and sport psychology. Robin is working towards full professional licensure under Della and plans to continue working towards the qualifications for a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (C.M.P.C.) as well as her LPC. She is passionate about and has experience working with a variety of populations, and works from a variety of clinical orientations. Subjects of clinical focus are stress management and transitions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem, addictions, and couples/family conflict. Robin believes that her clients are the ultimate expert to their own healing, and strives to create a safe, collaborative space for the client to explore their needs, goals and develop an effective plan and the necessary skills to address these issues. Robin recently moved here from Colorado and enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, yoga, seeing music and sports, and enjoying family adventures with her 5 year-old daughter.
