Dr. Melita Manafi

Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor

About Me

I want you to know I listen with an open heart and open ears. I want to understand the health struggles you are going through, and I work hard to help you recover and start enjoying your life again. My goal is to get to the root cause of your health symptoms and challenges and put on you a clear path back to health, wellness, and joy.

I have been working in alternative health since 2009. I use my many years of experience, strong faith, and knowledge to figure out what your body needs to work better for YOU. Getting answers and a clear direction can change things from fatigued and sickly to fantastic and life enjoyment. After many years working, a large portion of my clients has been referrals. I obtained my first degree in 2018 as a Certified Natural health Professional and my second in 2019 as a Holistic Health Practitioner and got board certified as a Naturopathic doctor in 2020. Both degrees were through Trinity School of Holistic Health in Warsaw, Indiana.

Trinity’s courses focus on integrating the mind, body, and spirit so that graduates can create and teach a lifestyle harmonious with the Creator and His divine plan. Trinity School is accredited and recognized by the American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation Board. Trinity is also a member of the Christian Health Fellowship.

When you give the body the proper tools, it needs to heal, it can! You CAN feel better!

I take continuing education classes to improve my knowledge on thyroid, hormones, functional medicine, herbal remedies, homeopathy, emotional wellness, autoimmunity and more.

I am originally from Terhan, Iran, where I grew up around my grandmother who was a traditional chiropractor, herbalist, and a light worker. I received my first college degree in 1991 from the Shahrood University of Medical Science, a AS. In Operating Room Nursing. After four years in the medical field, I realized I had a love of nursing, but my true calling was helping people over come more obstacles from their unfair justice, so I went back to school and study law and graduated in 1999 with a LL.B. in law. After graduating I moved to US and my journey to health starts when I felt fatigue and sick. I realized the quality of conventional food and how it effects people’s life. Life is too short to be sick when there are natural things to do to feel fabulous.

I have lived in Colorado from 2000 and moved to GA since 2012. I live in Alpharetta, GA, with my husband and two daughters and our two adorable dogs.

I understand your struggles and desires to feel better. I, too, have had a health battle; mine was with Hashimoto Disease. The key is to know what you have and then know how to recover so you can live the life you have always wanted—full of life, energy, hope, activity, and love.
