Alison Muraski AMFT Eligible Paid Intern

Alison holds an Master in Family Therapy degree from Mercer University and takes a systemic approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. Certified in DBT, Alison has worked with diverse populations and presenting issues. She is passionate about tailoring therapeutic approaches to the needs of each client incorporating an integrated therapeutic approach based in Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. As a certified art instructor and yoga instructor, Alison utilizes expressive interventions when therapeutically appropriate bringing a safe and supportive presence to sessions. Alison's systemic approach explores contributing factors to clients' presenting problems and patterns of behavior leading clients to a deeper level of long-term growth and change.
