Rachel earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of Georgia, where she focused on supporting children and families through both research and hands-on fieldwork in the school system. She has served as Mentoring Director for a women’s spiritual mentorship program that supports women from all walks of life. In this role, she facilitates faith-based personal development through meaningful, one-on-one relationships and support. In addition to her professional and academic training, Rachel’s role as a wife, mother, and former caregiver for her ailing father gives her a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and resilience. Her life experience directly influences her compassionate and holistic approach to therapy and allows her to connect. She is committed to walking alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. Rachel is under the supervision of Cristina Lorenz-Hansen
