About Me

Breana earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University-Atlanta Campus and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.

Breana aims to create a safe space for growth and creativity in mental health. She believes “understanding the impact of mental health care is vital for every individual’s journey to health and wellness.” She has a passion for working with adolescents and adults, and desires to gain more experience servicing couples and families in the future.

Breana utilizes an integrative approach to counseling, with a focus on Person-Centered Therapy, highlighting individual empowerment and independence. Breana assists with a multitude of mental health concerns, including managing stressors, anxiety, depression, and grief, and helping individuals navigate life transitions. Breana is currently working toward becoming a licensed professional counselor (LPC) under the supervision of Dr. Amanda Slaughter Ed.D, LPC, RPT-S, CPCS.
