Grace Paulsen is a Licensed Master Social Worker who received her degree from Georgia State University. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Grace brings a diverse perspective to her work and is deeply committed to supporting individuals through their unique challenges. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques—Grace offers holistic, individualized therapy for both adults and adolescents. She specializes in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, grief (including pregnancy and infant loss), and significant life transitions.
