About Me

I enjoy helping individuals and couples find hope, healing, and peace within themselves and their relationships. Together we will develop effective strategies to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. I believe that counseling can be instrumental in helping individuals know themselves more deeply which will facilitate changes that will positively affect not only their relationships but also their personal self-concept. I work with couples to create a measurable plan to get their relationship back on track. I also offer premarital counseling for those beginning their marriage journey to develop a firm foundation for the future.

My therapeutic approach is integrated, and therapeutic methods are tailored to the needs presented by the client. My theoretical orientations are person-centered, existential, and solution-focused. The methods I use will consider the client's unique needs.

Experiencing stressful life situations, especially within your most intimate relationships, can sometimes feel overwhelming. I would like to invite you to begin a healing journey with me by reaching out to begin the counseling process. Hanna is supervised by Cristina Lorenz-Hansen.
